Reggie Cape the 11yr old son of Dominic Cape got his hands on a new Top Kart chassis last week.  Reggie will make his race debut in the Florida Winter Series early next year, he has been testing this past year under the watchfull eye of his dad while driving a Corsair chassis.The test went well and young Reggie posted some very quick laps.
