Highs and Lows in VIR

A good strategy  and good race pace got the #13 Beyer Racing Riley to run 4th, then things heated up,literally. Unseasonal heat at VIR and a radiator change, was down to the high cockpit temps that didn't really help Ricky Taylor,  he was running a great pace until a restart led him to be pushed wide into the marbles and ended in the tires. The car made it back to the pits after losing a few laps and replacing the nose, Jared got in for his stint, then the water temps started climbing, a quick pit stop and adjustment to the nose fixed the problem, and then a couple of grassy moments ended Jareds stint and Ricky was back in to finish the race.

The boys ended in 14th and both drivers were happy with the balance of the car, progress had been made and the experience of the team had reached another level.
